Third-Party Services
Cerebriq relies on carefully selected service providers to run the product. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their services for us, subject to their own privacy terms and legal obligations.

- Vercel hosts the website and may process server logs, request metadata, and performance information required to deliver the site securely.
- Additional vendors may provide email delivery, customer support, or infrastructure support where necessary to operate Cerebriq.
Reasonable safeguards and retention schedules by data type.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
- Assessment responses and generated reports are generally retained while your account or active result session remains in use and for up to 24 months after your last activity unless you request deletion sooner.
- Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax, bookkeeping, and legal compliance obligations.
- Analytics records may be retained in aggregated or pseudonymous form for product improvement and security monitoring.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
