The rules for using Cerebriq.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cerebriq's website, assessments, reports, paid upgrades, and related services. By using Cerebriq, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you are using Cerebriq on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.

Cerebriq provides digital cognitive and personality assessments, score interpretations, premium reports, and related informational content. These services are designed for self-assessment, educational, and entertainment purposes.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time, including free and paid offerings, report formats, scoring displays, and supported assessments.

Cerebriq's ADHD screener, focus tests, IQ tests, and all other assessments do not provide medical diagnoses, psychiatric diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or licensed clinical opinions.

Results should not be used to diagnose ADHD or any other condition, make treatment decisions, or replace advice from psychologists, physicians, therapists, or other licensed professionals. If you have concerns about attention, cognition, or mental health, consult an appropriate healthcare provider.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cerebriq. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Premium purchases, paid reports, and any subscription or checkout flow must be completed by a person who is at least 18 years old or by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult acting on the user's behalf.

Paid products are offered through Stripe-powered checkout flows. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

• Prices, available products, and entitlements may change prospectively without notice.
• Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once a report, premium analysis, or similar digital entitlement has been delivered or unlocked.
• If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the purchased access because of a technical issue, contact legal@cerebriq.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review the request.

Cerebriq and its licensors own the website, assessment content, scoring systems, generated reports, PDF exports, graphics, copy, trademarks, branding, and software, except for any content clearly owned by third parties.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, republish, or create derivative works from the service unless we give written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Misrepresent assessment results as a clinical, medical, educational, hiring, or legal certification.
• Copy, scrape, bulk-export, resell, or commercially exploit assessment content or reports without authorization.
• Interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or use bots in ways that degrade service quality.
• Upload or submit content that infringes rights, contains malware, or violates the privacy of others.

Cerebriq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerebriq and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Cerebriq for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cerebriq and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless another effective date is stated.
